Kyanite Counseling & Wellness
Compassionate, Person-Centered Therapy for Healing and Growth
Therapy Services
Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, but you don't have to navigate life's challenges alone. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and judgment-free space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered to move forward.
Every individual brings their own experiences, strengths, and goals into therapy. Together, we'll create a personalized approach that helps you build resilience, process difficult experiences, and develop practical tools for lasting growth.
Whether you're navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, or exploring your identity, therapy is a collaborative journey and I'm honored to walk alongside you.

Choosing a therapist is an important decision. This complimentary consultation gives us the opportunity to get to know one another, discuss what brings you to therapy, and determine whether we're a good fit to work together. It's also a chance for you to ask questions and feel comfortable before scheduling your first appointment.
-
Your first appointment is a 60-minute Comprehensive Clinical Assessment (CCA).
During this session we'll discuss:
What brings you to therapy
Your personal history
Current challenges
Personal strengths
Therapy goals
A personalized treatment plan
This assessment creates the foundation for the work we'll do together and helps ensure your therapy is tailored to your unique needs.
-
Following your assessment, therapy sessions are typically 60 minutes in length.
I provide person-centered, solution-focused counseling, meeting you where you are each session while helping you work toward the goals we've established together.
Treatment approaches may include:
Person-Centered Therapy
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)
Strength-Based Interventions
Solution-Focused Therapy
Every therapy journey is unique, and sessions are adapted to meet your individual needs.

Brainspotting is a specialized therapeutic approach designed to help process trauma, anxiety, and emotionally distressing experiences that may not fully respond to traditional talk therapy.
By accessing the brain's natural ability to heal, Brainspotting can help clients process unresolved experiences, reduce emotional distress, and support long-term healing.
